Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was also a teammate as well as the captain of the Fierce Five in 2012 as well as the team captain for the 2016 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. In 2012, she was awarded gold in the team competitions as well as the floor exercise. In the balance beam Raisman earned a bronze. She was one of the few American to have won the most Olympic medals. She along with her partner Gabby Doug were the very first Americans who won back-toback golds in team competitions. She also won silver medals at the individual all-around and for the floor. In between the two Olympics she took a break from gymnastics competition for three years. She was also a part of the gold-winning American teams at the two World Championships. The gymnastics classes began when she was just two years old and is a fan of the floor workout. Aly has joined her local Uniting Against Lung Cancer group to honor her late grandma. She hopes to build a successful career in fashion. Leotards that she has designed as well as socks, and other clothing are expected to be enlarged in the future. The book she is working on is entitled Fierce to be published at the end of this year.
